Job Description

• Respond to Inbound Leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.
• Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to understand prospective business' needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospects.
• Presenting and delivering information to prospects.
• Answering queries through emails and follow-up calls.
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Maintaining database (HubSpot, Fresh Sales, Google Sheets, etc.) of prospect's information.
• Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.
• In-depth understanding of IT services sales / custom software development sales.
• Working with Presales and Engineering Teams to determine the best solution to prospect's problem statement.
• Working with Finance and other teams to track monies and invoices.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers worldwide.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Knowledge of end-to-end sales process.
• 5+ years’ experience in software sales; IT services sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent.
