Fulfillment Policy

These guidelines explain how Net Solutions (“Net Solutions India Private Limited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages order fulfillment and accepts payments by credit card using payment processors such as Stripe, 2Checkout, or similar technologies. Please read these policies to understand your rights and obligations when working with us.

Terminology

In this document, the following definitions apply:

“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing this website or otherwise agreeing to our terms, whether outlined here or in a separate written agreement.
“The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Net Solutions.
“Party” or “Parties” refers collectively to the Client and Net Solutions.

All terms pertaining to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to carry out our services to the Client in the manner most fitting for meeting the Client’s needs regarding our stated services, per the applicable laws of India. Any use of these terms or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or gendered pronouns are regarded as interchangeable and thus refer to the same.

Scope of Services

Net Solutions provides custom software development and digital solutions. Our services are project-based and tailored to client requirements rather than off-the-shelf products. This policy governs the terms under which these custom services are fulfilled.

Fulfillment Policy

At Net Solutions, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our services and software. Client satisfaction is our highest priority, and we treat all concerns regarding our offerings with the utmost attention. This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines how we deliver our services and software and the conditions under which refunds may be provided. Our services are billed in the base currency agreed with the client as per region.

Project Completion and Client Sign-Off

Our development process involves working on a staging server where the client can review and provide feedback on the work. Upon completion, Net Solutions will seek formal sign-off from the client to confirm that the deliverables meet their specifications and expectations. Once the client signs off on the completed work, it is understood that the client is satisfied with the outcome.

Delivery Policy

Net Solutions specializes in custom product development and software solutions provider. We deliver our services primarily through electronic means—such as email, web-based platforms based on the Client’s needs or requests.

Payment Process

Payments can be made via bank wire transfer or credit card. For bank wire payments, the client will be responsible for any associated wire charges.
Credit card payments are only accepted for small amounts and will be processed accordingly. A payment link will be sent after the client signs off on the completed work and approves the deliverables.
Payment is requested once the client has reviewed and approved the deliverables.

Deployment to Client’s Server

Upon full payment and completion of the project, Net Solutions transfers ownership of the developed code and deliverables to the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Net Solutions retains the right to reuse non-client-specific methodologies, algorithms, software development, testing techniques, libraries, and best practices developed in the engagement.

No Refund Policy

By proceeding with payment, the Client explicitly agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable. The client waives the right to initiate chargebacks or dispute the payment. Net Solutions reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies, including recovering chargeback fees and suspending further work.

Warranty

A one-time warranty may be available for a defined period after deployment, as specified in the agreement with the client. This warranty typically covers issues related to the software’s functionality as initially agreed upon.
Any additional changes, enhancements, or fixes outside the scope of the warranty will be handled as new work, subject to separate terms and charges.
The client acknowledges and agrees to this fulfillment policy by proceeding with the payment and confirming their satisfaction with the delivered work.

Disclaimer

Net Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the delivered software. The Company’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

Project Abandonment

If Net Solutions, after multiple attempts, cannot proceed with or complete the agreed-upon services due to the Client’s lack of response or participation for thirty (30) consecutive days. In that case, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, Net Solutions may reduce or eliminate any refunds at our sole discretion, and the Client agrees to forfeit any fees already paid for services described in the signed contract or work order.

Cancellation and Termination

This Project or services may be terminated mutually by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice specifying a termination date at or beyond the effective end date of the periods or as otherwise agreed in the agreement. In the event payment is not received from the Client for a period exceeding 30 days, termination may occur. All sums due up to the date of termination will remain payable.
