Create, monitor, and improve a high-performance sales strategy & execution plan with budgeting and forecasting.
Formulate sales engagements and negotiation strategies.
Execute & manage the sales process including online/personal engagement, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation especially with C-level decision makers.
Assist in developing & executing sales campaigns.
Develop and execute a lead generation strategy.
Drive account-specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies for account-appropriate offerings.
Identify & develop business pipeline of open opportunities.
Network, engage, & build relationships with potential customers at the executive level (CXOs, Managing Partners, and Senior leadership, etc.).
Monitor, update, and report on progress against plans on a regular basis.
Ideally, you should have:
14+ years of experience in sales with at least 4 years of experience in selling to large enterprise accounts especially in software development market.
Strong background in consultative sales of services in the software development market, with proven deep understanding of the software service marketplace.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
Expertise in demand/lead generation.
Experience in business planning & business development activities.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management especially using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
