Job Description

• Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping and final execution including scope/change requests.
• Interact with Clients to create technical specifications from business & functional requirements.
• Guide team in defining the technical architecture of their projects.
• Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the team.
• Review & improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.
• Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development.
• Monitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progress.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience of hands-on in Objective C & Swift iOS development.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Multi-Threading, localization.
• Sound knowledge of iPhone OS and MAC OS, Cocoa, Xcode, Interface Builder, iPhone simulator, SQLite.
• Good grasp of algorithms, design patterns, memory management, and multithreaded programming.
• Experience in mobile UI development preferably in social applications. Have an interest in maximizing User Experience (UX).
• Should have working knowledge in Object-Oriented Techniques & MVC architecture.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
• Hands-on experience in code versioning tools, such as Git & good understanding of CI-CD skills.
• Good at visualization & making clean layouts.
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, etc.).
• Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
