As Growth Specialist, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and Growth to plan, run, and track the programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You will own execution across paid marketing, events, and channel partnerships, bringing structure, follow-through, and data-driven rigor to how the company grows.
Responsibilities
- 1. Growth Program Management
- Own the end-to-end plan for each growth program: scope, timelines, owners, milestones, and KPIs
- Break priorities from the Chief of Staff and Growth into quarterly roadmaps and weekly execution plans
- Run a weekly program review: track progress against plan, log risks and dependencies, and escalate blockers early
- Manage dependencies across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery so launches and campaigns land on time
- Maintain a single source of truth for all growth programs through trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Prepare leadership updates and review decks, and run post-program retros to capture Learnings
- 2. Paid Marketing
- Coordinate paid campaigns with marketing and agency partners, from brief to launch
- Track spend, CAC, lead quality, and conversion, and surface insights to improve ROI
- 3. Events
- Plan and execute the company's participation in industry events, webinars, and forums
- Own pre-event outreach, on-ground coordination, and post-event lead follow-up
- 4. Channel Partnerships
- Support identification and onboarding of channel and referral partners
- Maintain partner pipelines, track partner-sourced leads, and coordinate joint go-to-market activities
- 5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and fast turnaround
- Identify bottlenecks in growth workflows and help standardize templates and processes
Key Requirements
- MBA from a reputed B-school (Class of 2023–2025 preferred)
- 1–3 years of post-MBA experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, or program management
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable with data and dashboards
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build crisp presentations
- High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to B2B, IT services, or digital agencies is a plus
