We’re seeking a strategic and growth-driven Head of Marketing to lead our worldwide marketing function and drive brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue impact. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance strategy and execution—building and scaling integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs across regions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • 1. Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy (inbound and outbound) aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and value proposition.
  • Build detailed buyer personas and map customer journeys to optimize campaigns.
  • Define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • 2. Inbound Marketing
  • Drive inbound programs that attract and convert leads through SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop high-value content assets (blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, newsletters, webinars) to position Net Solutions as a thought leader.
  • Optimize website, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows to capture and engage prospects.
  • Track and optimize inbound funnels for continuous improvement.
  • 3. Outbound Marketing
  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email outreach, ABM, industry events, customer-focused webinars, partnerships).
  • Work closely with sales to identify priority accounts and build account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Manage direct campaigns via digital advertising, analyst/media partnerships, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Strengthen relationships with analysts, media, and ecosystem partners to amplify market presence.
  • 4. Digital Marketing & Channel Management
  • Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage SEO, PPC (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Drive virtual events and webinars to engage target audiences globally.
  • Collaborate with external vendors/agencies to scale campaigns effectively.
  • 5. Marketing Technology & Analytics
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms for end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Implement robust performance measurement frameworks (KPIs, ROI tracking).
  • Deliver regular insights and reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies through analytics and testing.
  • 6. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
  • Partner with sales leadership to align inbound & outbound marketing with pipeline growth.
  • Develop sales enablement tools (pitch decks, collateral, competitive intelligence).
  • Support lead generation, nurturing, and deal acceleration with targeted webinars and events.
  • 7. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global marketing team spanning multiple geographies.
  • Build high-performing teams across content, digital, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven culture with clear performance goals and accountability.
  • Manage external partners and agencies to augment team capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • 12–18 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within IT services.
  • Proven expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, including webinars, demand generation, and global campaigns.
  • Strong track record of leading and scaling global marketing teams across functions and regions.
  • Demonstrated success in building brands and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and external agencies/partners.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI/GenAI, product engineering, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence.
  • MBA in Marketing / Business Strategy preferred.
