Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Associate AI Developer to kick-start their career with us. This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate who is passionate about artificial intelligence and wants to build a strong foundation in a professional setting. You will work under the guidance of senior developers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of AI development, from data preparation to model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Support: Learn the fundamentals of AI, machine learning, and our team's technology stack. Support the development team in daily tasks and project activities.

Coding & Scripting: Write basic code and scripts for data cleaning, feature engineering, and model training under supervision.

Data Assistance: Assist in collecting, organizing, and preparing data for analysis and model development.

Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing and debugging AI models and applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Documentation: Help create and update project documentation.

Key Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Work Experience: Fresher, with a strong academic background and relevant project experience (internships, academic projects, or personal projects).

Technical Skills:

Foundational knowledge of Python programming.

Basic understanding of core machine learning concepts and algorithms.

Experience with a few key libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or Matplotlib.

Academic project experience using a machine learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus).

Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to build a career in AI.

Good problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and a collaborative attitude.

Nice to Have

Internship or project experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Computer Vision.

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML workloads.

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.

Participation in hackathons, Kaggle competitions, or open-source contributions.

Strong mathematical/statistical foundation (linear algebra, probability, optimization).

Coursework or certification in AI/ML or Data Science.
