Net Solutions looking for Senior Technical Writer, This person be a core member of the content team, working closely with the Content Lead (who owns overall content production and delivery) and partnering with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to produce technical content that supports demand generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement — for an audience of CXOs, technical decision-makers, and product leaders in the US and UK.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit blogs and articles on software engineering, product engineering, cloud, data, and AI topics for a Western B2B/enterprise tech audience
- Develop newsletter content that keeps subscribers engaged and informed
- Produce well-researched reports and whitepapers that establish Net Solutions' point of view on industry trends
- Create sales enablement content — case studies, one-pagers, proposal content, battlecards — in partnership with the sales team
- Develop webinar content, including scripts, decks, and supporting collateral
- Interview and collaborate with internal subject matter experts (engineers, architects, delivery leads) to extract and simplify technical detail
- Work with the Content Lead on editorial calendar execution and content strategy
- Coordinate with demand gen, sales, and design teams to align content with campaigns
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all content formats
- Apply SEO best practices to organic content
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in technical or content writing, with demonstrable experience writing for IT services, SaaS, software engineering, or technology consulting companies
- A portfolio of published technical content (blogs, whitepapers, reports, or similar) written for a US/UK B2B or enterprise technology audience
- Strong working understanding of software development, digital product engineering, cloud, and data/AI concepts — enough to interview SMEs and translate technical depth into clear business narrative
- Excellent command of written English (US/UK business register), grammar, structure, and editorial judgment
- Proven experience across varied formats: articles, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, sales collateral, webinar scripts
- Comfort using AI research/drafting tools responsibly as part of the writing workflow
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Technology, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Prior in-house or agency experience writing for an IT services, product engineering, or SaaS company
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience writing for video/webinar formats
