Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Hybrid Mode)

Experience: 15 Years+ (Minimum 4+ Years as a Technical Architect or Lead)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect – Full Stack to design and lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React / Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend), along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and best practices in software design. This role requires a technical visionary who can mentor teams, make key architectural decisions, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.
  • Lead the technical design and development using React / Next.js and Node.js.
  • Define architectural blueprints, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—design, DevOps, backend, and QA—to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide the engineering team on technical challenges.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, code optimization, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks for potential adoption.
  • Participate in client discussions to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and coach developers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 15 years of experience in software development, including 4+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead role.
  • Proven expertise in: Frontend: React.Js or Next.js, Backend: Node.js, 
  • Deep understanding of microservices, modular architectures, and system scalability.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in client-facing roles within IT Services is preferred.
