Introduction to your Job

  • Ideate and Plan content for each stage of the marketing funnel keeping the desired personas in mind.
  • Identify needs for documentation and collateral, and maintain these in a prioritized roadmap
  • Work with domain experts, users, and other stakeholders to ensure that needs are met
  • Be the voice of the customer, verifying that our documentation strategy is correct and effective

Ideally, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in creating high quality content (Blogs, Case studies and White papers, Presentations and Videos) for a software service or product based technology or a technical journal or magazine. Should have worked in an environment which follows very high standards for the quality of content being generated.
  • Excellent at writing technology content for digital, web and mobile-based technologies
  • Good at B2B writing, messaging, communication and presentation skills
  • Should be able to Copy write and proofread articles and other web content.
  • Should possess skills to write very high quality content in English and improvise based on feedback with no ego hassles.
  • Compose content (tweets, FB posts etc.) for promotion on Social media
  • Should understand the importance of Content Marketing and Internet Marketing in general.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams
  • Should have experience in writing briefs and instructions for other content writers
