
Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the e-commerce, software, and product development sectors across the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating relationships with B2B prospects, uncovering new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. A strong background in IT services sales, coupled with an ability to foster lasting client relationships and a passion for business growth, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead Generation: Research and identify high-value B2B prospects within the focused sector, focusing on potential clients aligned with our target markets. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract potential customers
- Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges. Build and nurture leads to a meeting
- Pipeline Management: Move qualified leads through the sales funnel by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams. Arrange meetings, calls, or product demos to introduce Net Solutions’ offerings effectively
- Insight-Driven Selling: Work closely with sales teams to develop detailed account intelligence, relationship maps, and tailor-made solutions using customer insights and analytics tools
- Follow-up and Relationship Building: Conduct regular follow-ups via calls and emails to maintain communication with potential and existing clients. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
- Collaboration: Partner with sales executives to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
- Track and report on key performance metrics using CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to create personalized and persuasive outreach
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales activities is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
