Create, monitor, and improve a high-performance sales strategy & execution plan with budgeting and forecasting.
Formulate, implement, and improve sales engagement and negotiation strategies.
Execute & manage the sales process including online engagement, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Work with Marketing in developing & executing outbound lead generation campaigns, lead lifecycle management processes, and sales processes to meet defined targets.
Drive account-specific sales strategies for account-appropriate offerings.
Identify, develop, and maintain business pipeline of open opportunities.
Review & improve performance of sales team through clear goal setting, training & development programs, and hands-on assistance.
Monitor, update, and report on progress against plans on a regular basis.
Ideally, you should have:
14+ years of experience in sales/sales strategy/sales operations in software development & services companies
Strong background in consultative sales of services in the software development market
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
Expertise in sales enablement
Expertise in demand/lead generation
Experience in Customer Relationship Management especially using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
