Introduction to your Job

  • Provide Service & Incident management for smooth deliveries of software.
  • Measure & improve customer service experience & customer engagement.
  • Take ownership of customer issues & drive them to satisfactory resolution while keeping necessary stakeholders informed.
  • Devise, implement, improve service support models & related monitoring mechanisms.
  • Track, report, and help improve customer service requests, resolution times, and other related metrics.

Ideally, you should have:

  • 7+ years experience in client servicing/support functions in a software development company
  • Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Good knowledge of customer service software (CRM & ticketing)
  • Good awareness of IT industry's latest technology trends
  • Good working knowledge iterative development methodologies like Agile and related practices
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
