Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

We're looking for a talented and experienced marketer who understands marketing fundamentals and has relevant experience of applying these fundamentals to the digital channels.

You will need to consistently work towards brand awareness and driving leads through all possible marketing efforts. You should be highly data-driven in testing new ideas/hypothesis, result oriented, fast learner, organized, and self-motivated.

You need to be well versed with all aspects of digital marketing: content, email, search/display, social, inbound/outbound approaches and should be able to demonstrate exceptional results achieved for customers in the past for demand generation and branding.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Think and act like a Growth Hacker; own the responsibility for growth strategies, lead generation and brand building.
  • Conceptualize and implement outstanding Inbound and Outbound marketing campaigns across all digital channels; Search, Paid Media, Content, e-mail and Influencer Marketing.
  • Create, manage and optimise website experiments to maximise revenue, conversions and other key metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams working with graphic designers, writers, social media strategists, and developers to execute said campaigns.
  • Wear many hats and jump in to help out wherever it's needed.

Desired Skills

  • You may or not be an MBA but should have good experience of delivering results in a B2B business environment with at least 5 years of experience in leading or working in Digital Marketing team for an IT Product or Services Organization.
  • Well versed with A/B Testing and landing page conversion optimization.
  • Ability to draft outbound emails targeting CXO's.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including but not limited to email, SEO/SEM, display, and social.
  • Passion for data and analysis and agile/lean start up principles, continuously looking to improve and optimize.
  • Deep analytics skills, able to structure and process both quantitative and qualitative data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Desire to roll up sleeves and work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure, but without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management skills with a "make it happen" spirit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
